John Frieda COMPARISON!

hey ladies, so ive had some lovely shampoos and conditioners sent to me by john frieda and im really excited. as you all know the john frieda go blonder is my absolute favorite well ive not tried the sheer blonde highlight activating  range so im going to use these both over the next few weeks and do a comparison. im going to each for one week straight and compare after two weeks on how my hair has been behaving.

im really looking forward to doing this as i love hair products at the moment and love the different types of products available on the market to try. so this is going to be the first of many ladies. i shall keep you posted along the way.

have you used any? have you used both, do you have a fav out of the pair let me know if you do i would love to know what you think about these products.

technic ELECTRIC palette

Hey ladies, well i received this AMAZING little palette in the post this morning, now im all about the neutral but occasionally i like that pop of colour on the eyes, especially if you can colour co-ordinate with your OOTD. so i was very pleased to receive this item.

this is the technic electric beauty palette. now these eye shadows are pretty spectacular i have to admit. i have always been really nervous about colours like this not because i dont like wearing them but they look amazing in the box! when you apply usually its a whole different matter. the pigment usually is alot less once applied, and they just dont have the same effect as when you look at them in the pan.

well im glad to say these are different, there was one colour that i wasnt over the moon with in pigment. and that was the really bright pink. its ok but just not as good as the others. so below im going to show you the swatches of how these appear on the skin.

as you can see these colours are so pretty and im so pleased to have these in my collection. they seems to go on well and feel very comfortable to wear not heavy at all and also they are very blend-able.

the come in a very similar casing as the sleek palettes they are sturdy and strong and come with a full size lid mirror and doubled ended foam application brush.

i was very shocked to learn the price of this palette and at £2.99 YOU CANNOT GO WRONG.
these are sold on ebay and amazon so if you fancy one grab a bargain.

im really going to enjoy using this palette.

Blue & Pink Nails

hey ladies well i wanted to show you these really pretty nails, modeled by my beautiful 8 year old daughter emma. she has lovely little nails and is now at the ago where she has really started taking interest in all girlie things nails being a main contender.
so this week she wanted blue with little acrylic flowers. then i suggested we added some little pink dots to her index finger as the flowers had pink middles. that little extra special touch.

so to create this look i used, 2 true shade blue sky nail polish as the base, it has a slight sparkle so its reall pretty. i once dried i added a little acrylic flower on one nail on each hand and the coated with clear coat to ensure it stays on. i then used MUA pink nail polish with a dabber brush to create little pink dots on emmas index finger. and used top coat on all after to seal.

so here they are, i think they look really pretty, im going to do one a week of the emma nail designs, as she picks her colours and tells me what she likes design wise, impressive for an 8 year old :) x

see you next weeks for emmas nails. xx
